Self Awareness is having a clear perception of your personality, including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions. Self Awareness allows you to understand yourself and other people, how they perceive you, your attitude and your responses to them in the moment.

The ‘nature versus nurture’ debate is a long standing one and while we are definitely a product of our experiences and environment, a key driver of our
behaviour is our personality. When we understand the primary constructs of our personlity type we can better anticipate our weak spots and play to our strengths. It also helps us to understand why we find some people more difficult than others.
