Real Results Training recently completed delivering a “sales through service” training programme for the Co-Operative Insurance called “Doing the Right Thing”. The Co-Op chose to invest in training over 250 people in their Manchester HQ site in selling effectively and responsibly to ensure that they were getting the best sales results while remaining compliant with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules.
