Stuart Harris

Stuart has worked in Sales and Customer Service roles for over 20 years; initially as Salesman then as a Sales Manager and for the last 12 years as Training Consultant, Coach and Keynote Speaker. Since the early 90s he has worked for and with a wide range of Field Sales teams and Call/Contact Centres, increasing sales, improving service and developing their managers.

He has designed and delivered training workshops and coaching programmes for clients including the likes of SKY, AVIVA, Tesco Bank Insurance, 3 Mobile, T-Mobile and many more.

He works closely with clients to identify skill gaps and only then develops solutions to bridge those specific gaps. His main focus is Blue Chip Contact Centres although regularly works closely with SMEs of varying sizes, whether fully established or in their set-up & launch phases.

Stuart is a sceptic NLP Practioner, Member of the Institute of Customer Service Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association and Fellow of The Institute of Sales Manager.

In his spare time, Stuart loves to play guitar, ‘do’ Stand Up Comedy and Address The Haggis at Burns Suppers.
