Adam Eckersley

Digital Experiences Designer

Adam began his career within the training industry working as a Recruitment Consultant finding school and college leavers first and second time employment while completing their vocational qualifications. He progressed to a Trainer/Assessor role with the same company and specialised in assessing the competency of Frontline, Team Leader, Management and Business Owner roles within a variety of sectors ranging from Hospitality to Warehousing and Distribution, Facilities Management to Contact Centre and everything in between. He stayed within this job role for seven years before making a move into ‘internal’ training with an international brewery coordinating and provisioning their training throughout the estate both within the UK and Europe. More recently he has worked for an international TelCo producing Instructional Media for both their Channel Partners and Internal Staff as well as revamping their Design Language. With over twelve years experience of training roles both in public and private sectors he has an understanding of what to provide to clients in most sectors and job roles and how to engage these recipients.
